A Field Support Specialist (Electronics Service) is responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair services for electronic equipment and systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of electronic devices, hardware, and components.
- Install, configure, and maintain electronic systems and equipment at customer sites.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
- Document service reports, issues found, and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures during field work.
- Identify recurring problems and recommend improvements in products or processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in field service or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of electronic systems, circuit boards, and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations.
Work Environment:
- Primarily field-based with regular travel to customer sites.
