We are looking for a Tele-Caller with excellent verbal communication skills and basic computer knowledge to assist in daily communication, coordination, and data management tasks. The ideal candidate should be confident, polite, and able to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:


Communicate effectively with clients to provide information and support as required.

Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client details in the computer system.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth operations.

Manage data entry, documentation, and reporting tasks accurately.

Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all communication.

Assist in general office coordination and administrative support activities.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data entry).

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
