Note - Nikhil will be transferred to the service department once his position is filled.

Key Requirements / Qualifications

1. Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or any relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
2. 1–3 years of experience in spare parts /service, inventory management, or related field.
3. Basic knowledge of technical products, spare parts
4. Familiarity with ERP
5. Good understanding of purchase orders (POs), quotations, and dispatch processes.

Skills Needed

1. Good communication and customer service skills for handling client queries and follow-ups.
2. Ability to coordinate with spares , service, and logistics teams.
3. Attention to detail to ensure correct part identification and order processing.
4. Basic MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) proficiency.
