Key Responsibilities

  1. Review orphan and inactive opportunities on a regular basis.
  2. Follow up with Sales, Service, Assurance, and Export teams to collect the latest status.
  3. Ensure all opportunities are updated with accurate and latest information in CRM/ERP.
  4. Identify gaps, delays, or missing data in opportunity records and resolve them.
  5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive closure or formal closure of lost opportunities.
  6. Maintain pipeline hygiene and ensure no opportunity is left unattended.
  7. Prepare weekly/monthly opportunity status reports for management.
  8. Act as a single point of coordination for opportunity tracking across all verticals.
  9. Support management with data accuracy for forecasting and decision-making.
