CRM Executive — JO-2026-0217
Key Responsibilities
- Review orphan and inactive opportunities on a regular basis.
- Follow up with Sales, Service, Assurance, and Export teams to collect the latest status.
- Ensure all opportunities are updated with accurate and latest information in CRM/ERP.
- Identify gaps, delays, or missing data in opportunity records and resolve them.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive closure or formal closure of lost opportunities.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and ensure no opportunity is left unattended.
- Prepare weekly/monthly opportunity status reports for management.
- Act as a single point of coordination for opportunity tracking across all verticals.
- Support management with data accuracy for forecasting and decision-making.
